Over the last fifty years, I have researched the Nazi Regime from 1933 to 1945. I have read most of the books written, and with the information I have gathered regarding the Third Reich, I wrote a twelve-book series, which includes fictional characters with historic figures. You will find some of the myths and misinformation that have been written or shown in films are, at best, far from reality. I am not saying I am correct with all of my details, but it gives the reader a better perspective on what I believe likely happened. I leave it to my readers to form their own opinions of what happened.
Many of the questions in WWII history that don’t make sense are still unconfirmed. Why did Hitler have his death filmed? Why do so many believe that he and other German leaders went to Argentina – when Argentina had expelled the German embassy in January 1944? Germany looted every country they went to, and sent all the valuables back to Berlin, including several billion in currency and bank bonds. Also 100,000 artifacts and paintings were stolen. Less than 20,000 paintings and artifacts have been found, and little to no money has been either. There are stories about 400 tons of gold missing, yet this has not been found. Hitler’s accountant fled to Australia with some of the paintings – not Argentina. The “Heisman Chronicles” reflects my beliefs about the likely events that occurred, using fictional characters to stand for the unknown parties that did the actions described.
